Here's the menu...lots to choose from:) Let's pick one for each course...there were so many dessert options!!! I didn't know what to do:) A very French-y summer soiree!!!


I'll be making a seafood bouillabaisse and some sort of amuse bouche.

For the appetizers:
Almond Mussels (see recipe in attachment)

For the salad course:
Tomato Salad with Parsley and shallots (See recipe in attachment)

Pistachio Sabayon with Strawberries and Meringues (see recipe in attachment)
